![]() Good day fellow helifreaks.
I have been in contact with both Will and Tony with regards to some serious financial troubles that are taking place at Camp Hard Core. I would like to first point out that neither Will or Tony would normally ask for help but I explained to both that it is better to try then not too. We have set up a GO FUND ME account where you can get a much better idea what is going on and both Will and the Whiteside family would greatly appreciate any and all help. Please share the link provided. Lets all come together and help make the dream a reality. Paypal is definitely a second option, if you do donate via "paypal" please post how much you contribute. So we can keep track of how much funds we are raising here. For paypal send payment to: [email protected] Send as a gift and the topic should be Save CHC. Go Fund Me link for donations http://www.gofundme.com/lleyss Here is the official statement on why GO FUND ME does not except paypal. Due to a high number of complaints, we no longer use PayPal for any of our accounts. Instead, all of your donations will be processed by our partner WePay. WePay allows your donors to pay directly on your campaign rather than being sent off to PayPal to create an account. In turn, people have a much easier time completing their donation using WePay. WePay has all of the same great security features that PayPal has to protect you and your donors. You can learn more about that here: https://support.wepay.com/entries/23064032-Security In order to play by the rules of GO FUND Me we will only be able to except paypal donations from helifreak so we have also shared the info for that as well. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU From Keith, The Whiteside Family and Will. This money is to support CHC and Tony and his family personally. I am hanging in there with HF, all donations will be to help Tony keep and finish CHC. None will be used for HF. Just wanted to make that clear.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and a big thanks to Will and Tony for all their hard work.

![]() I've read may threads, including watching many construction pic/vis.. but yet to really understand just what "Camp Hardcore" is? All I know is we named our section of site 3 (IRCHA) "Camp Softcore". What IS camp hardcore and how does it affect us freaks in MN for example?

![]() Camp Hard Core is the dream of Tony and Will. It is a place you can travel to and stay free of charge.
They have built a house for pilots to stay in and have cleared many acres of land for pilot stations. They have spent thousands of dollars installing safety netting and the facilities to house all pilots that would like to travel to CHC. The goal of CHC is a place to travel to where one can stay for free and not break the bank. The goal is to PUT the fun back into the hobby. It is that simple really. Cheers Keith

![]() 294 Ryan Patrick Drive
Shepherdsville, KY. 40165 USA Is where Camp Hardcore is located. This project has been in the works now for a few years and is way to close to being done to let the banks take it away. Will and Tony have invested a massive pile of money into this place. We cannot let the banks win and if we meet the goal CHC could be open this upcoming flying season. ![]()

![]() Give the go fund me page a read it explains it much better! Once CHC is open donations would also be welcome but they would not turn away anyone that could afford to make the trip to CHC.
Its about helping and giving back to the community!

![]() I'm in. Though I'd be embarrassed to admit that right up until today I thought Camp Hardcore was a sub-forum. Something that existed in cyberspace with no toehold in physical reality.
Pretty darn nice concept. |

![]() Please help us understand the difference between this model and "Local club, but visitors welcome?"
I was a little confused about whether the donations to support HFFF went to CHC, because there wasn't much (any) acknowledgement of the donations at the HFFF itself.

Camp Hard Core welcomes all heli pilots, this will be a place where anyone of any skill level can travel to and attend and get hands on help. From the mild to the extremely wild, CHC will have it all. This will be a safe environment to learn how to take your flying skills to the next level. Many places have outlawed Spot Light night flying and this will be a very common practice at CHC. This will basically be HELI HEAVEN a place where extreme flying and extremely powerful rc helis will safely be pushed to the limit. Camp Hardcore will help you push your skills safely to the next level. The goal was always to have a flying site where even someone on an extreme budget could get hands on help and even if they could only afford the drive to CHC they would be welcomed. That is the goal and between Tony and Will the amount of money spent to get it to this level is insane. The goal we set is high but it is not even 1/4 of the cash put into the place already. Cheers Keith
