I wonder how many crashes result from a poorly secured Beastx!

Not surprising, but that's pretty telling. Most of us have known for a long time that the stock mounting tape on the AR7200BX is bad news. But if this doesn't convince people to switch it out right off the bat I don't know what will. Why Horizon continues to use it is beyond me, but we can pretty much rest assured that $$$ is involved.

Mine was like that in the box as well.

I too will be changing it to something a lot more secure/durable.

I use Kyosho Zeal, or Lynx gyro mounting gel, they're both specifically made for gyro's and FPV equipment, it's vibration dampening mounting gel!!

They are 62mm Zeal, I also got a pair of 68mm that I haven't tried yet since these are working great!! They are much wider than the stock blades so the 3mm difference doesn't seem to change anything, these actually hold the tail better

Ok I tried the 68mm tail blades out and they work fine, they seem to have a little more authority over the 62's!! So it looks like you can use either blade u want, the 62mm or the 68mm without any issue!!

So if you had stock landing gear would the 68mm still work? I have some lynx LG on my 180 an back sits higher than the stock LG.

Yea I really like that canopy but want to wait for some more to come out before getting something, they need to get going with upgrades for this Heli!! I'm probably gonna get the microheli swash since my stock has a ton of play!!

I'd like to show you my swash leveled. Took about 5minutes to make some parts came from my 180cfx after I broke them. I could paint it for aesthetics alone.
