the end pieces can't be turned by hand? Or maybe hold each end with some pliers and give a twist. If all else fails maybe the LHS will replace them for you

Ya I'm gonna crunch around the ends and see if they come apart,,then epoxy back.hobby store is to far ,not worth the gas.

worked perfect and allready epoxied back together..figured it would be no different then shortening the tail push rod..

No,,I just took a pair of plyers and sqweezed all around it till it broke loose..then just re epoxied.

One thing I've noticed too is that I had 1 left over from a crash & I found it was shorter than the other ones

That aint nothing! The set I bought way back when with the aluminim ends were not the same length! Not even close. so I had to twist of the ends and cut the rods to the same length and epoxy them back on. I epoxy them with slow stuff and bolt every thing up and let it cure. I would rather do it that way from the start.

Lol,,funny how they can scrwe them up so bad..isn't it a dam machine. Haven't came across the one longer then the other yet,but ill keep my eye out.
