Default Flying After Vacation

I have just returned from a two week vacation. Before I left I was flying really crappy. Within a couple of days I dirt napped my Oxy and 300cfx and tipped over the 450X. Mind you, I am a sport flyer with occasional loops and rolls. I try and fly everyday after work but for the last couple of weeks before I left, I just lost the rhythm and feel.

Well I took to the air after work today, after not having touched the sticks for over 3 weeks. I cannot believe how well I flew! I was relaxed doing circuits and 8's and even accomplished a couple of Cuban 8,s and put 6 packs on
my 180 and 450X. I haven't flown that well in a couple of months!!

Go Figure????

It's like anything else that requires focus and concentration. You burn out. You need to take a break every once in a while so you can hit it again later when you're refreshed. It's the same reason I can't sim for more than 30 min at a time. I start getting really sloppy. But, too much isn't good either. Try flying again after six months off and see how that goes.
