Default Ohhh, this is not good...

I was poking around and found all 4 seasons of airwolf...

I'm screwed now! That show was what got me interested in helicopters...

I'll be looking for the telltale paddles from the RC models they used. I think it was Ahclem who either did some flying of the original. Not sure if his flying made it onscreen.

So much for watching any modern shows for the next few months.

Yeah, but you love them when they show up!

I used to love Airwolf, McGyver, Baa Baa Black Sheep, The A-Team, etc.

I tried to watch Airwolf as an adult, then I realize somethings were better left in the past.

That same Air Wolf pilot Jan-Michael Vincent had a much younger roll in a movie with Charles Bronson titled The Mechanic.

That's a darn good movie as well. They were both payed assasains and In a nut shell the young Vincent eventually kills the older assasain (Bronson) but Bronson being onto his scheme had already set a trap for Vincent that would get him in a very surprise ending even after his own death. One of my favorite movies of all time.

I liked Air Wolf as well.

Well thanks, now I have the darn theme music running through my head, lol. I usually like the old shows (bought the entire MASH series) but I might want to watch a couple episodes first. Would hate to find out that all I would do is sit there and analyze for mistakes instead of just enjoying it.

Same with me. Found the entire series on line and told myself I was going to watch the entire series. Gave up after S1:E4. Just didn't hold my interest.

Oh god, I tried to watch that just a couple years ago. Holy crap that was bad. Really bad. I had to quit watching it. How I ever watched that as a kid and thought it was good, I'll never know.

I think the definition of a classic is a show that you can rewatch over many years and still think it is great!

yup loved it as a kid. Watch it now and its pretty bad. Especially the later episodes where airwolf got a laser and they replaced the main character. That was really really bad even as a kid I thought it was bad.

How about "Fireball XL-5"?
Yeah, let's put a 90 degree curve in the launching track at the very end.
Even my 6 year-old brain knew that wasn't right, but I still watched.

Three shows that I really watched a lot as a kid: Airwolf, A-Team, and The Dukes of Hazard. YEEEEHAAAW! (no I didn't say Hehaw)

I feel like Airwolf memories are better than the show. However, I watched some old A-Team episodes not too long ago. I still found them entertaining.

I really think you said Heehaw..........Yeah, my folks had it on every Sat.
night so I seen lot of those episodes, but then..............always got to watch
"Emergency" afterwards!

And yes, it is hard to watch many of the good old shows now; either critiquing the heck out of them, or just plain not the same. And some....
still look forward to seeing every now and again.
