Default Dell NPS-700AB

I purchased a Dell NPS-700AB to use for my charging station. I followed the write up I found here http://www.tjinguytech.com/my-projects/server-ps. I connected the three pins but when I power the unit I am only getting .0026v from the positive and negative poles. The fan is working and I get the green light showing its plugged in and the yellow light that has a symbol of a triangle with a lightning bolt inside. I am hoping someone else has used this supply before ad may shed some light on this issue and help me get this unit powered properly.

The yellow LED indicates a fault someplace and the PS has shutdown its output.

It could be a short or something.

First, disconnect the PS-ON and the PS-KILL pins and check to see if the yellow LED is off.
If it is off, then means the fault is in the 12v output side.
If it is on, then the PS may be toast

If it is off, then check you soldering job and make sure you are not bridging pins together.

I'll post a picture of my Dell NPS-750 power supply. They are pretty much all the same

B1&A1 to B6 turn it on. B2 to PB1 slow down the fan.
