Cyclic response is very crisp and immediate, better high speed tracking with no porpoising, and more consistent headspeed.

Are thoese just the colored e flite blades? I am thinking about getting the green ones.
I really do not understand this COG issue.... My 230s flys /hovers fine with the stock 800 and the NT 850s. I put the NT 850s even with the front of the battery try, the 800 i stick almost all the way back to the stop it seems to fly the same with both.

one guy had a video where his was flying back toward him. the Gryos are amazing on these helicopters. I once stuck a camera on the front of my 130x and figured on take off it try to tilt forward, guess what, Nothing, it stayed perfectly level, i said well guess the gyro working well.
I have a aluminum tail motor mount on order i will report when I get it and change it if anything funny happens

One of your main blades is upside down. Tail rotor is on backwards, too.

Nail the rudder stick to one side or the other and hold it. See how it piros. It will be terrible with the very aft out of the box CG and want to shoot off on you instead of piroing flat and generally staying in the same place. That will not stop until you get the CG correct.

EEK!

Thanks for catching that. I have't flown it yet, just put it back together yesterday. Probably won't fly for a day or so. Will fix it this morning though

Default Its been awhile

I haven't flown in a while but today i got some free time and flew a few packs through a couple of my helis.
All i can say is good job on this one blade. It has a good feel on the way it flies, very stable and just enough power to where it is relaxing to fly and still handle hard 3d maneuvers. While being simple and cheap to repair.

It is not my favorite heli but i can say it is going to be getting the majority of my stick time for the reasons above.

WOW! When I looked at your pic I kept thinking "Where is the 230?".....took me a minute to figure out it is the BIGGEST one! Great looking canopy. Just out of curiosity which one is your "favorite".

Is that your canopy on the 230S? I'm still really liking your performance canopy on my 180CFX.

Thanks!
That's actually the ncp s with a stock motor. I recently swapped out the battery connectors to use the batteries from my ncp x, and i was test flying it.

My ncp x has an hh brushless kit but I added thicker wiring and direct soldered everything. Has plenty of power so I'm gonna be doing the same to the cps. The stock motor is just too weak for me.
