Just painted...nothin fancy

It's eventually going to have a purple/pink/black scheme and setup as my girlfriends heli. Even though I will still probably fly it more...it will be more enticing for her to fly it with a paint job specially for her.

Nice flights. What do you use to record with and are you the one doing the recording or someone helping? Thinking of this past Winter, don't believe anyone else was crazy enough to be out in the conditions you flew in, BUT you

You should be able to get rid of the missing teeth clicking sound by making the mesh tight and adding a bit of light oil. The pinion tends to cut a new path by doing that. You may need a new pinion as well, I found mine wore to a very thin sharp tooth at about 100 flights.

Not something I like doing. Motor runs very hot when like this and I burned one of them up on my 200srx by doing and it's the same motor. I usually go 10 consecutive flights on most days without any period in between packs. I'm okay with the clicking. Runs just fine and only a minor annoyance.

I have no plans to crash this. I know my sponsor won't care for what I did to pimp it out but honestly they didn't have as much to choose from.
I think it's a beautiful $500 Micro LMAO

Yea. As long as they don't have a complete upgrade like MH and RKH they won't say much

You don't have a problem with those aftermarket yellow tail blades making the tail motor run excessively hot? It's a common problem and people other than me have experienced it. I did a back-to-back comparison with the Rakon tail blade and stock after actually burning myself on the tail motor which had always run pretty cool. It was the Rakon tail blade I'd just installed. It was amazing how much hotter it made the tail motor run. What I discovered upon close inspection was that the tips of the blades were not as curved as the stock tail blade. That meant the motor had to run faster and harder constantly to produce the same thrust as the stock blade. People reported that the Lynx tail blades had the same problem. The Extreme black carbon plastic blades are good to go. Wonder if Lynx or Rakon ever got that fixed.

Move over, boys. Looks like there's a new 230S (250CFX) in town. Check the 250CFX page on facebook. That's the most info I've found about it.
