Default DAL 545 props

Got a couple sets of these props to try out and like them so far...a lot like HQ 545's...we will see how durable they are compared....

I found the 6045 Bullnose to be well balanced, quiet, and frankly powerful as all else.

Then I tried the 6040 and I found they were so heavily out of balance they threw my quad out of the air... Never got a chance to retest them as my Naze caught on fire after the crash but Im still at it!

I just picked up some 6045 BN DAL's and now I need different motors (lower KV) in order to use them....

Think so? I ran them on Emax 2204-2300kv with only mild heating problems. However I will say on 2206-2000kv motors they scream.... and also snap off at the hub.... soooo I dont think they can handle the extra torque. Ive since gone back to HQProp 6045 props...

Yeah, I'm thinking I might try some 2205 - 1950 or around that KV range...
This will be for 280 size....5045V2's work great, but want to run the 6" prop
size

I wish you the best of luck. I thought I had nailed it with my ZMR on the DAL 6045BN but I guess jumping down to a torquer motor really did them in. Might be time to reevaluate my ZMR and see where we are at here... Its almost time for me to start flying again....
