Default Hurricane 550 Head Speed Calculator

I made up a nice HeadSpeed Calculator for our convenience.
You can downloaded for free and any suggestion for making it better are welcomed.
I hope you find it usefull.

I would change the input for the motor. it currently says motor rpm, it should says motor Kv. or even have either a drop down or radio button selection for the most popular motors as well as a other selections that has a entry box for the ones not listed. also, that is the efficiency set for on this head speed calc? 85%, 90%, 95%, 100%??

Top stuff - Nice work...

Can you make it default to the STD kit settings - ie: std gears and motor ?

Very nicely done!

Only one Thing. I am using Revco Gears and the have a 68T first gear and Pinons from 18T to 26T.
Do you think you could incorporate that????

Greetings from sunny Germany

Jockstrap, it starts with the default settings (61T , 19T) and (42T , 14T) so you just enter the default kv of the Gaui motor.

Thanks for your ideas.
I already started updating it.

Pretty cool! I calculated everything before in OpenOffice. One thing I don't really understand is why you have a 60T as front gear? Shouldn't this be 61T too?
Something that would be really nice is a 12T pinion!

Gaui has released two new gears
the #204621 Front Main Gear(50T)
and #204622 Front Main Gear(60T)

I will add the 12T pinion too within the next release.

Cheers
