Default DJI Naza Log in issue

I recently sold my DJI F450 with Naza Lite and my friend is having difficulties getting the system to communicate with his pc because I registered it. I am not quite sure what this means or if I was given the wrong or inaccurate info. My question is if I am the original owner and registered the software, can I easily sell the equipment and the new owner can still use it?

I also tried to log on to the assistant my pc and I keep getting a DB error, I tried to have my code sent to me and it says DB error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Mahalo,

Les

I've purchased a used DJI NAZA and never had the communication issue. Make sure to download the drivers to the pc.

Is he using the NAZA-Lite software, or is he trying to get in w/ the NAZA Assistant (Naza-M) software. The 2 aren't compatible.

I do both mine and my son's all the time, just need to be using the right program.

The NAZA lite software has a new version. But to make your computer's USB work with the flight controller interface you need to install the USB driver. You can get it at the same place you get the programing software.
Some versions of windoze don't play nice so you need the USB driver.

thanks for the help guys. I am not sure what they did, I can communicate with my pc at home. Maybe they guy I sold it to did something wrong.

I got bsck my stuff and gave him back his. I didn't want to have to deal with it if they couldn't get the right stuff.

Thanks again
