May change. We can only do 1 heli at a time and we are getting more over all wants for the 2.

IRCHA was 4 and internet, forums, groups, FB is 2

The 2 is probably where there will certainly be less competing products. The 325mm and up space is very crowded.

Well IRCHA is filled with pilots that are dedicated enough and can afford to travel for the hobby, internet is filled with big talkers who may get sticker shock when they see how much it will cost to get the 2 in the air. Do the 4 first!!!

All joking aside I have noticed a surprisingly large demand for the 2. Even though I have no interest in the OXY2, if that's where the quickest return on investment is then it makes sense to go that route first.

With the recent release of the P380 a lot of potential OXY4 buyers may have already gone the P380 route instead. The 3 did extremely well by being the only high quality option in that size, sure the 2 will have similar and maybe even better results.

Bummer, feels like I've been waiting an eternity for the OXY4 and the P380 is getting more tempting by the day but I love my OXY3 and really like the way OXY HELI operates so I suppose I can wait one more eternity...

The P380 is a whole lot bigger than the OXY 4, more a direct competitor to the Goblin 380. OXY 4 is up against the smaller "450" class helis and is a little smaller than most of them. It's nearest competitor is probably the venerable Mini-Protos or maybe the JR Forza 450, Align 450L, Gaui X3 etc. I'd say it will do well in this class as they all getting a bit long in the tooth.

My P-380 was only about 1/2 inch longer nose to tail than the OXY 4+ when I lined them up at IRCHA before I sold my P-380 for funds for a OXY 4.

My OXY 4+ is about nose to tail 1 inch longer than my Blade 360. (see my size comparison thread)

Just has 315 to 360 blades depending on the set up you want.

That's interesting. Some guys on the MSH forum were saying how much bigger the P380 was compared to a typical 360 sized machine. I know my G380 is a LOT bigger than my OXY 3.

Watching the OXY 4 standard length in air with canopy on. Reminded me of my G-500 in the air. That's the size presents it has with the OXY over size canopy.

My P-380 was about 1 or 2 inch's longer than my B-360. My OXY 4+ lands right in the middle between the two.

Agreed. The P380 is pretty big. Slightly smaller than my protos 500. Though 500 is running mini servos and can be stretch to 480

I'm surprised you sold your p380 so quick Rich. Was there anything you didn't like with it or just trying something new ?

Has the decision been made on which will get produced first? The 4 or the 2?
