Unhappy Logo 480 Part # Help

Hi All,

I am having a challenge finding a replacement part on the Logo 480 XXtreme. The part in question is the frame distance spacer at the front of the frame. The manual has part number 4824, which is incorrect and is actually the canopy mount.

I tried to find the part myself and came across 4917, which I picked up. Unfortunately this was not the right part. Even though the 4917 is the right length, it takes a M3 bolt whereas the Logo 480 requires a M2.5 bolt.

Does anyone happen to know the corresponding part # for the Logo 480?

Thanks,

Not sure what to say except contact Mikado USA and see what they say. Another simple option is to slightly open up frame holes and use 3mm screws. Just ordered a pack of 04917 spacers along with new frames last night as flight 410 on my 550SX was a memorable one.

Did you use the Mikado USA contact use for Logo helicopters? I have always had really good support . If you used this option log into your account on there site and scroll down to my last requests. When I first used this I expected an email and waited a week. I went to send another and this is when I found how there system works. It maybe sitting in there. It is a good system but for an old computer illiterate hillbilly like myself , it takes a few try's .

Thanks for the suggestion. I used the contact form which only required my email address and I addressed it to the technical department.
