Default Naza M V2 Assistant shows Tx sticks glitching?

Hey guys, longtime fellow multirotor guy here........having a strange issue with a Naza M V2 setup, the problem is as follows;

~when setting up my SkyHero Spider Six (hexacopter) and DJI Naza M V2, the "Assistant Software" allows calibration of the TX sticks as to calculate a "zero" position- problem is the software always shows the sticks as having quite a bit of offset and I must use the digital trims to zero out the reading and it still glitches and the Spyder flies way off veering right and yawing right! I've deleted the setup from my Spectrum DX9 and setup an entirely new model and the same occurs- it can't be the radio as I use this radio with multiple models including other Naza M craft and they fly straight and report nearly perfect zero tx sticks.........does anyone know what could be the problem?

I am using a Lemon RX 9 or 10 ch rx which was purchased new- I am starting to think perhaps it could be at fault- what do you guys think?
I've used Lemon RX's before and have had no issues but I am at a loss as to why the Naza Assistant software reports the sticks as being so off center and needing so much trim- any ideas?

The Naza M GPS system is all new and I just can't think why this is occurring~ any thoughts?
( The model has never been crashed or hard landed)
