Pretty sure that is either Akihiro Narisawa or Takafumi Oka, likely Takafumi. They are Japan's SAB team pilots. I am subscribed to Akihiro's YouTube channel and he has that video as an upload which is the same one that was posted by SAB. Check out the 420 flight video, pretty sure it's the same guy. Have seen pretty good videos from SAB Japanese pilots.

I downloaded the video from YouTube and adjusted the contrast.

In a few spots you can see a clear silhouette... Looks to be a 250 sized as far as I can tell!

So March for SAB vs. January for Oxy2... Who wants to bet on which comes out first? Lol!
