Default Mainshaft alignment

Hey, I`m building a X7 kit and having an issue with mainshaft to lower bearing block alignment. The shaft slips through the first 2 fine but isn`t quite lined up with the bottom one. It will go in but not a slip fit. I loosened the side frame and brg block screws and the fit improved. I left the shaft in and tightened all the screws and it was out of alignment again. Anyone had this issue and found a way to correct it, or just leaving as is?

Thanks, Bill.

I just built my kit less than a month ago and the main shaft just dropped in. You may have to elongate slightly the lower block frame screw holes in the direction needed. Miss alignment could cause bearing failure.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I will give that a try.

I finally figured out the problem! After slotting holes and filing on the lower bearing block, and every time I tighten everything up, the shaft is in a bind again. The problem was the cf filler plate that screws to the front of the upper bearing block was too wide.
