Mine is still flight-worthy. I must get it out again soon, I'll need to spice it up a bit though as it was my trainer

Let's see how the help comes. There was/ is a store in Germany/ Austria that had a ton of parts, but the problem was they weren't shipping out of Europe. I had to have them shipped to a family in the UK then to me. It was like 3 days delivered in the UK

Main Grips > plastic or metal upgrade?
Tail fins > I think you could use X4/NX4/X5 boom fins
Tail booms > Which length(for 425mm,500mm or 550mm blades) ?
Are you in Europe?

By the way, I still flight a plastic frame (500mm blades) and a FG frame+ torque tube X5 boom (480mm blades)

Main Grips - either would be fine, may be better to upgrade to metal
Tail Fins - that would be great!
Tail Boom- 500 blades

I picked a plastic frame up with a couple spare parts for a great deal. It even came with a CF frame. It flipped over on me first flight . I want to also maybe purchase a few extra spare parts if I can locate.I want to get this heli back up and flying!

Preferably metal but plastic would work
Good to hear about tail fins
500 on the blades/boom

I just bought the 550 from someone still in like new condition. It flipped on me first flight. I would love to buy a few spare parts for it also. I am in the US.

Geez, didn't know anybody was still flying these things. I gave up the hobby when flybars went away. I check in here about once a year now. I still have 2 Hurricane 425's a 500 stretch on a Headhunter frame, and a 550. Haven't flown any of them for about 3 or 4 years. I still have a new, never built Headhunter frame too.
