Default 14SG model copy to PC help please!

Hello all,
well, after several years of using the 14SG I need to copy the models to my PC, but what the hey it's not happening. So can someone please enlighten me on the steps needed to select the model and then copy it to the SD card so that I may "mount" it and move it to my PC. Something has escaped me as I have done this before but something is not obvious for me. The manual is not working for me.
Thanks,
Dale

First, the instructions on page 70 should complete the transfer, and is the easiest way.

Another way:

Yes I believe you can save the model data to the desktop and then email it to a friend, or transfer it to another 14SG.

You need the specific Futaba file system utility in order to do this.

Free down load from here
http://www.futaba-rc.com/software-updates.html

install the software.

Then insert the SD card

In the utility software mount the SD card to read all the stored data.

Export Model data to desk top

email Model data from desktop to your friend etc

The recipient does the same in reverse.

Dennis

Also, you can watch this YouTube video that may help.

I know it has to be pretty easy as I have done it before. But I have not looked at the menu's for this in over a year now.

Default T14SG Update

Futaba just released latest update for T14SG in end of March, 2017. The zip file contains 4 zipped files: 0, 0A, 0B and 0C. Which one to use to update the US version of T14SG ?

Thanks.

It seems to be about languages;
Ver. 7.0 - English, Japanese, German;
Ver. 7.0A - English, Dutch, French;
Ver. 7.0B - English, Spanish, Czech;
Ver. 7.0C - English, Russian, Italian.

It's very easy to overlook. Plus,they could write the manuals in a more friendly way. So don't feel alone. I have set up several since the 1st of this year. The setup processes can be found in different areas of the manual. I believe the one I posted was the 2nd one in the manual, I think.

One questions I had several months ago, I found four sections between the web and the manual with all giving different procedures!

That's life in the RC world.

This is the first I have heard about the update.

Ver. 7.0 is the correct version for the US? The below comment seems logical, (it's all about languages), but I want to make sure.

Thanks, Dennis

PS: I wonder what the update does?
