Default FETs to upgrade MX3a or XP3

I am looking for the FETs to use to solder piggy back onto my MX3 or XP3 ESC. Anyone know where to get some. And part numbers?
I checked the first part of the BLheli thread--Steffen's recommendations-- but those part numbers are obsolete.

OR

Anyone have a good double or triple FET ESC?

Check out Mega Micros. I have had good luck with them repairing my nano and 130x boards and they sell the parts for do it yourself.

On my 130x the parts they replaced were better than the original (voltage regulator, and fets).

Good Luck
