when i sent my stock motor back to HH for making too much noise ... they replaced it free of charge

Yes, they are #1 for a reason. My main was making a noise after 25 flights. They sent ne a new one. Installed it, and as soon as I tried to spool up the ESC let the smoke out. So, called HH and now they are sending me a new ESC. Their service is awesome. Pay the price and get the service, plus the best helicopters. Scottheli

They may be #1 in customer service, but they are definitely not the best helis and I like my Blades. The best helis wouldn't have you changing out major components because of failure in only 25 flights.

I agree with that. However, look at how many people on the forum have their stuff. Trex is probably the best bang for the buck, pay up front, then parts are cheaper. Buy a barebone and install your choice of electronics. Then again, you have to build it, set it up, test and all that, which takes time, effort, and knowledge. Blade helicopter has already done all that(for the most part), instant gratification. I do like good customer service though. Meantime, fly it like you stole it, just dont crash it, lol
