Phantom 3 Professional video issues

Pulled my P3P out of its backpack after about 9 months of non use. Turned everything on(I use an iPad mini for monitor) and all controls work but NO video. DJI GO app was updated. Switched over to android phone with newly update DJI GO app and still nothing! Tried 3 different cords with both android and iPad and nothing.
Have done a little research and this seems to be a common problem after one of the recent DJI GO app updates. Something about it's turning off the USB port on the TX.

Anybody seen or resolved this issue??

I can confirm that 'USB Debugging' needs to be Enabled. I use my Samsung phone and it was not until I went into Settings on that and Enabled it that I could get the phone to connect.
