Default HeadSpeed

I use 9T pinion with 1100KV motor and FBL governor , what is the typical head speed for Normal, IDL1 and IDL2 ?

Thanks,

Ching-Ho Cheng

You should be able to get 2500 or a touch higher governed on the 9t. I know some of the guys have flown at 2700 or 2800 with the 10t if you want more.

On 9t, try 2100, 2300 and 2500 to see how it feels. Or you can certainly go lower if you're looking for relaxed flying and longer times. I find the 5.5 (stretch version) very relaxed at about 1700 on 8t, and I think it could handle down to 1400, but that is also running 516s.
