Henseleit new web site and shop issue?

It has been a while since I shop at henseleit-helicopters.de. The web site has new store front and looks great. However, I cannot log in with my old account and not able to register new account. Anyone of you has the same issue?

I did have the same problem.
I was able to create new account after several attempts.

The new website is clear that you MUST create a NEW account, old account and previous orders or no longer available.

Tried so many times with no luck. Trouble shoot this a bit. It use Supr for the web site. The register page contains cross site script and blocked by the browser. I tried Chrome and IE with the same result. I hope the browser on my phone is less secured.

I had zero problems registering as a new user using Opera.

I tried Firefox and error message said the email has been used. Login but the password I used to create the account was no good. Had to reset the password. I am good now.

Tried all of the above but still haven't been able to register.
Any other suggestions?

In my case, the account was created in one of the many retries. Try the reset password link. In case you are in the same situation.
Have you checked the spam folder of you email? Sometimes they goes there.
Or you can send an email to Sabine. She can talk to the commerce site provider.

All,

after many failed attemps to register I suddenly noticed on Jan's website that I was logged in....
Don't know how that happened nor who managed that but from now on I will never log out again cause I simply wouldn't know how to get logged in next time.

Looks like yet another new site.
And now all TDF parts are listed. Still no manual though

Thanks for the heads-up, I was able to register very quickly and I also see that Jan has added the Wish List (notepad) again

Close this thread because I can't modify the subject line. The newer web site updated few days ago works flawlessly. You need to re-register though.
