Default 700e dfc stretch to 800

Do I have to change any thing other than the boom, servo push rod,and torque tube?
Now using 12t pinion and 112 main gear.

Hello Jim
Regarding gearing if you have the 800mx use the same gears...

You could also get a KDE adjustable motor mount and use any pinion you want with the 112t maingear.

Also for 800 class blades you're going to need a 160A ESC minimum.

Depends on how you fly. I'm not the Best of resference ad I can't fly 3D but my 120A ESC worked as it should. No issues here...

I went this route last year, I have (the old) 700e V1, with the bell cranks along with the fixed motor mount, trying to find the proper pinion was impossible and most people advised against it saying the wall thickness of the pinions would be too thin, so I got a lower kV motor, the ALIGN "Super Power 800 MX 440kV, direct drop in with stock gearing and works perfect, my head speeds are 1300,1500,1800 rpm's. It all comes down cooler with a lot of power.
