Default New 150X

Hey guys, I just ordered a 150X RTF combo. I bought this heli to of course fly in my front and back yard, but more importantly take with me everywhere (or most places) that I travel to. I need a small compact charger that I can stuff in my overnight bag and take with me on trips. Something that I can just plug into the wall in the hotel room so I can fly when I'm on the road.

I see a pic of an "AC adapter charger 11-19V" that can be used with the stock CH-150 charger that comes with the combo. I have searched on here and have googled and youtube'd it with no luck or information. Does anyone use this charger with a wall mount? Or any ideas?

Thanks for that...the IMAX B6 mini looks pretty promising for what I'm looking to do with this heli.

Note that the B6 Mini does not have a built in power supply so you will also need to get yourself the right AC adapter. The B6AC and S60AC do have internal power supplies.

I did notice that and found it on ebay with the adapter for $50. Thanks for the heads up...seems like it may be my best option for on the road usage.

Combo comes with a speed balance charger and all you need is a 12v adapter.
No need to buy a b6.

How long does it take the stock charger to charge the 250mah stock lipo? Say normal 75/80% discharge. Ive thought about buying a second stock charger with the 12V wall mount as well. Still waiting for my 150X to get here (Tuesday).

It's pretty fast. About 15-20 minutes at most.

How are you guys charging without the Align charger?

I took a parallel charging balance board and ran jumpers from main (+) and main (-) to balance leads #3 and #1. I only use the board for these 2 cell batteries. I plug the batteries in the 3 prong (2 cell) balance sockets on the board for parallel charging through the balance sockets.
