Default Trex 700x fitting HW 160a for fan!

For anyone like me who cut a larger hole for the Hobbywing 160a esc fan, this is what I did for canopy clearance. I did not like the way the fan stuck out of the canopy and to me it ruined the lines and appeal of the canopy. I used some small carbon fiber plates and drilled two holes, one for screw and one for grommet! I attached it to the canopy and simply raised the canopy up just a bit! It worked pretty good for me! Just an idea or tip for others who want to run the fan.

I recon I will try it without the fan for now.

I hope to be able to set up a temperature alarm on my DX9 via the Brain2 and SPM4649T telemetry.

Cheers.

I have always positioned my canopies due to various modifications. FYI

Just don't let the canopy touch anything, use rubber grommets, or the clip on retainers.
