Default 3-axis (AR7200BX) vs 6-axis (AR7210BX): what is the practical difference?

I'm switching from a MB Plus + RX to an AR7200BX, but I read it has 3-axis stabilization...and I read the (more expensive) AR7210BX has 6-axis stabilization....what are the 3 other axis? And will there be any practical difference to flight characteristics, assuming they're set up the same way?
I know the AR7200BX doesn't have bailout...never could hit the switch in time anyway!
This is for my new-build G500...crashed the old one in a bone-head move.

You answered your own question, 3 vers 6, only 3 used unless you use bailout.
I could never hit the switch fast enough either so I don't have or use bailout.
Fly too, close to the ground

Both only utilize 3 axis gyro sensors for actual flying. The other 3 sensors claimed in the newer 7210 and beastx plus are actually accelerometers used for self level and rescue.

The AR7200 has analog sensors and the AR7210 has digital sensors. The analog sensors have 500 degrees per/sec flip rotation and the digital are at 2000 degrees per/sec. Much Faster tail and cyclic response plus improved resolution. Yes the three extra sensors are for bail out.

Thanks for the replies and guidance, guys.
The issue is that I'm stuck in Africa (Angola), and I have an AR9030 that I can use together with the older BeastX MB, or I have the AR7200B that I can use by itself (and a satellite antenna) for a much cleaner installation.
What would you do?

Went with the AR7200B. So much cleaner than 2 devices. Telemetry is for the birds. RPM never worked right, I know how long to fly for, so voltage was not really needed, and motor temp was not an issue.
