Question Channel 2 Fan Continously Running

I have a Revolectrix Power Lab Dual 8X2 which I purchased a couple months ago and have charged around 30 to 40 packs all 1600 mAh and under. This morning I noticed that my channel 2 fan comes on and stays on as soon as you start charging a battery. I really didn't notice this until this morning, and I have been charging one battery at a time on each channel for now, just didn't find the need to parallel charge multi packs as of yet. The channel 1 fan hardly comes on, in-fact the EFuel (30V/50A) power supply comes on more often than the channel 1 fan does. I have each channels power being supplied separately on 2 of the 3 available (4 circuits if you count the main one with larger banana plug receptacles) 10 amp circuits of the Efuel power supply. The batteries seem to be charging fine on both channels, nothing unusual in battery characteristics.

I am just wondering if this is normal or something I have to be concerned about like a bad circuit in channel 2 that could give me grief some time sooner or later?

Kevin

Check the firmware version on each side of the charger to see if there is any difference. In normal operation the fans should run continuously.

Both channels are running V1.10. I'm not sure if that is the latest firmware version as I do not have the interface cable (waiting for re-stock).

It seems I have the latest firmware version. I purchased it new on June 23, 2017 from RotorQuest in Ontario CA. I will have to call FMA in Maryland and see what they say should be done. I hope I have the right phone number (301) 829-5533 and does anyone know if they have a North American toll free number?
