Default Mushy collective?

I crashed my 570 last year and after rebuilding it this year I noticed the collective feels very mushy around center stick and it wobbles a little if I do aggressive ticktocks almost like the servos are operating at a different speed and then the vbar corrects it.I tried raising head gain and lowering, removing all expo and paddle sim. I did replace the servos with new and all damaged parts. I am running 2600 headspeed 13 on collective with lynx teflon dampeners. The mushy collective is mainly noticed during smooth flips from normal to inverted and the issue with the tic tocs. I am starting to wonder if it is the servos but figured I'd try here before ordering new ones again. I setup my 770 the same way I did the 570 and the 770 is locked in.

BTW I believe the collective is mushy because of the servo slop this set has. I can move the swash probably 2 degrees before moving the gears and also believe they are not matched well in speed/torque.

Make sure all the screws are in your top transmission plate.

Something I noticed on the goblin 570, I had one, couldn’t tictoc without a mid-toc bobble. I think the carbon servo mounts flex too much. You can wiggle them with your hand. Get the metal upgraded servo mounts for that Heli

My tictocs don't bobble anymore since I tightened my transmission plate down lol. Two of the screws in the back had worked themselves loose allowing the hole plate to lift up with a little pressure. They could still be a little crisper but I believe that is due to servo slop. I will be upgrading the servos as soon as scorpion comes out with the new 12s tribunis.

Are you using the same main blades that you used before the crash? There are considerable differences in blades, some are very soft and mushy others not.
