Default Another Head (aileron Wobble) Cure..

i tried everything with my 7.2 to get rid of left to right head wobble, first dropping gains in fbl unit on the aileron settings, p.i.d.s, etc.. then moved to changing dampers which helped a bit to put the align 80 deg. softer ones in. also changed the torque tube, main shaft, and from swash driven head to dfc no help there either, and a list of all other possible changes. when i decided there was nothing left to try on the setup of mechanical i decided to loosen the motor belt a little to where i could push it in with little tension about 3/16 in. the head smoothed out and flew fine. I was also able to raise the flybarless gains back to normal amounts.. so if you have the wobble give the motor belt another look. you dont want it flopping loose just get it riding centered on the rear gear and have some deflection when pushed through the hole with your finger it has solved my problems. i just never suspected motor tension to cause the vibration...
