Hello,

you can buy always in our eshop. We are restocking usually each 2-4 days.

What is not in stock can be manufactured right in our company on demand in a few minutes.

All units are in stock right now.

Thanks, If I buy the Spirit Pro now will it work with the upcoming GPS option? If there is a new Spirit FBL in the works I would rather wait.

It has been pretty discussed here and in their own forum that all current Spirit units will support the gps module. Plus there is no news whatsoever that Spirit and Co is developing their next generation fbl; Pro and the uSpirit are relatively new.

And based on the history of Spirit there is a big likelihood that units will ran out again due to order avalanche when the gps comes out.

Default build to pre-order

They should open pre-order so they can build the units ordered and be ready for the demand.
My guess is that besides the pcb the other parts are "off the shelf" standard so lead time should be relative short.
Any firmware required only needs to be written once so that does not limit the number of units available either.

Lightbulb return after loss of orentation

Say your practicing some new maneuvers and you loose orientation.
The bailout will send the heli up and level but that does not tell you what way its pointing.
This can be even worse if the heli has gotten away from you.
What gps can do then is to fly the heli back to you close enough so you can see what direction its pointing and you can resume your flight.

Other possibilities are a maximum height (to follow local laws) or even a minimum height (also known as a "hard deck") preventing crashing if you make a mistake that otherwise would be to close to the ground to reach for the bailout switch.

In short its a additional set of features that reduces the chance of crashing after pilot error / loss of signal

I see same problem its the currency exchange rate. Tomas says the website is update every day with their bank info but their USD price hasn't changed in a very long time. So Google a currency converter and check it. As of 10am CST 10/19 its $201.78

Hello!
You can pay with Bank Wire where the exchange rate is same as in our eshop. So that you will pay always the exact cost that is visible on the web pages. Due to just 1% fee of Bank Wire we will even receive more than if paid by PayPal where there is approx 4% fee + bad exchange rate.

So definitively we recommend paying directly to save your money. In the following days we will also offer easy Credit Card payments since PayPal is charging the highest fees.

Isn't there a fee for both the sender and receiver on a bank wire?

Yes, but much smaller - approx. 1%, while PayPal is charging over 4%. So that total cost will be always smaller.
