Default Looking for rubber padding on side of Gaui

In order to run the motor wires out the side instead of over the top. Is there a place I can purchase it, to protect the wires from getting cut on the side of the carbon fiber? Like was done on the pic above.

fits into the canopy better for me...

PTFlyer,
I see from the pictures you have magnetic canopy mounts, what are you using and were did you get them from? I've been wanting to do that for some time, just didn't want to buy parts that I didn't know would work or not.

Those magnetic canopy mounts are from a MSH Protos.

that's right....I used some nylon stand offs that I cut to the extra length I need to put the mounts out far enough....I ran the long set screw that comes with the mount through the standoff to tap it....I then used a shorter set screw to screw the two pieces together but leaving enough room to insert another set screw into the other end of the standoff and screwed that into the frame (in case it breaks off in a crash I can hopefully still get the set screws out.)

I had to tap the plastic boom block insert to take the bigger set screw..

the other end that mounts to the canopy I did just like I show in this thread....might help to explain what I wast talking out here as well .....Post #12 (with pictures) https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=749351

these are the mounts I use for the x3 I use the bigger ones on the g500's
