Default T10J worn out gimbals?

I have been randomly having my sim freak out,.. and I would lose control,. or heli would do strange things. I was thinking that had to be my connection from RX to usb adapter, or a bug in the sim. I was thinking that there was NO WAY it could be my "new" Futaba TX!!!! OK,. tx is Not new anymore, it is now 2yrs old, and has a TON of stick time, between flying and sim!

Today, as it kept happening again, I got to thinking about it, and started to get really nervous! I opened up the Servo monitor screen and just watched it, it took about 5 or 10 minutes of slowly moving sticks around, but sure enough,. I saw the collective jump, and do a few other strange movements, that I did not do!!! 4

I have contacted Futaba, and I will be sending it in, however, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them? Curious about what it may cost to replace the gimbals? or any other info one may have!
