Default BK DS7001HV Servos?

Anyone using the BK ds7001HV's on their 5.5's?

Specifically looking for fit issues. I read a thread on here about a certain servo having some fit issues, needing a shim and needing to shave a small amount from the arm to make them work. Not sure if it was these servos or not. Just picked up an air-frame and looking to outfit it.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure if the geometry is the same, but I have ds-7002hv's in cyclic and ds-7006hv on the tail and they fit perfect. You should have a spacer on the elevator and tail servo. That get's my arms at a perfect 90 degrees and aligned servo horn to swash. I can't remember which servo arms, though, and I just measured 23mm from servo bolt to hole on the cyclics. They aren't SAB horns.

Thank you. I'll give them a try then.

Here she is, freshly put back together, all ready to go. Servos are super fast, no joke. Ordered this canopy. Love the color scheme, with a custom black and orange tail fin.
