Default Main pulley/tail pulley wobble

Is it normal or maybe common to have some axial wobble in this set? I've changed my main shaft and it doesn't change it. No issues, just wondering if this is normal. My align 470l has it pretty bad also.

Maybe bent one way hub or one way shaft or maybe just the molded pulleys are slightly out?

I also noticed during my first spool up that it woobles. Then i loosend the screw, which is fixing the pulley to the shaft, a little bit and the wooble of the main pulley got better. The wooble on pulley for tail belt was still good to see.

Since i had to refix my bearing i removed the head including the shaft and the main pulley. I put the pulley on the shaft and gave it a good spin with my hands and it did wooble, even if not built into the heli. So yes i assume a little wooble should be normal, otherwise somebody may chime in and i will reassamble the pulley itself.

Thanks man. I'll fly on and not worry. Just never noticed before, but also I never looked for it either!

This is a very good point. It is possible to warp/distort the plastic gears, when you over-tighten the bolts.

Are you sure the frame and main shaft mounts are square?
