Blue Arrow H0988UHS can be set for both specs 760 or 1520µS.
Most ones sold are 1520µS but now Lynx is offering H0988UHS-I with 760µS.

Either way, O2 will fly with both. 760µS will probably be better but 1520µS will do okay.

If you want to reprogram your servo, this is one option:
BA-SPUSB
Be careful, programming does have some caveats as I understand. Not necessarily straight forward.

The defaults in the setup are 760µS for the choices. The specs for the servo say it can run 1520µ or 760µS.

Does the servo needed to be reprogrammed?
I don't see a link to a programmer.

Do you run 760µS/333Hz ?
There really is no setup per se for the tail servo with the exception of selecting the correct frequency. You will adjust travel later in the steps. Not too familiar with that tail servo but if the choices are either freq, I would chose 760. When you power up the first time, if it acts strangely disconnect your pack and change to 1520. Either way you will be fine. There is no need to program the servo.

H0988UHS without I are most probably 1520us. Start using this setting and not 760 which could harm it.

I have the same servo without I and I thought about reprogramming. Unfortunately programmer is more expensive than new servo
