I think the p500 might be the oldest heli that is still supported. Mine is ready to go. Just been hesitant to fly it since parts had stopped.

Excellent news. Thank you XLpower for taking over! Protos 500 is still one of my all time favourite helis.

Just flew my P 500 for the first time this year and it is still great! My favorite heli ever!
If anything it just needs a little updating and could still be one of the best 500s available on the market.

It sure would be. For me just get us some better main grips.

Some others had issues with the single belt and one way.

Seems like it wouldn't be too difficult to change it to a two belt design. It will be interesting to see what they do with it in the future.
I hope that they at least keep up the parts support.

I have two and they are just so much fun to fly. Always ready, straining at the leash.
I often get carried away and get too adventurous for my skills and plant them. Strong and easy to fix. Have to control myself better until the spares start flowing again........

I hope they will continue to produce kits as well as parts, I finally switched over from my TT E700s, great machine but Protos is even better! Little late to the party, glad it’s not over yet.

I've been flying my 6 cell P500 on 4 cells and have really enjoyed the sound and the mild handling!
Thinking about trying a five cell just for the heck of it.

I assume that's old and new pricing? If so, then that's a huge price reduction...making the MSH stuff greatly cheaper to fly/repair. Look at the change on the swash price alone...

That is great news. I've been worried about my Evos since there have been almost no canopies and tails available.
