Awesome. Heli. One of my favorites.

Fully V2 upgradable when you want also!

I'm personally waiting for a crash to do that, if needed.

Only big difference I care about is the cool battery tray of the v2 frame.

Can't wait to hear how you like the size compared to your small helis.

do the frames now, why not.. if you can, get the new style rotor head.. at least the one with plastic grips and the counter bearing. then you'll be almost up to date.

I disagree here. No reason to buy the stuff when you have a working heli. The frames are brand new, so wait until you have to then do it. I don't buy things unless I have to because I don't have money to blow. lol.

Im gonna start with the tail as most of that stuff is fairly cheap. And i want the newer style fins lol. maybe after a crash though (although i hope that doesn't happen.)

I understand, but the frame is the foundation, and its cheap to get the v2.. they may be new frames, but still the old style and out dated... at this point, its the easiest to upgrade cause nothing is installed on it. that's my take on it.

maybe they are. but at the end of the day, it'll fly the same. just getting batteries in and out may not be as simple which i can live with. I'm gonna start with the mechanical aspect as everything will move over the the v2 frame. also if you have a lead on a v1 sx canopy that's pretty clean id love to buy one but couldn't find one to save my life!

For the money just get the new 2017. It’s gorgeous. You won’t find the older canopy’s.. once you pay for it with shipping, might as well get a new one.

Loved that heli, fly it as it is, not really necessary to upgrade anything... Really miss that heli...

The 600 has been my favorite heli for years now. Let us know if you have any questions.

I had the same 600 as you. Ran mine on 10s and was awesome.

Two things you need to check and consider to upgrade.
1/ SX upgrade for main rotor head and counter-bearing:
One-piece main rotor hub has the swash followers/drivers fixed position so you dont need to do the phase trim to make it flies precisely
Get it here:
https://shop.mikadousa.com/04766-Rot...SX_p_1772.html

2/ Tail rotor hub, make sure it has 3mm bolt to attach the tai rotor holders/grips into the hub. Old version uses 2.5mm bolts.
You can get a whole set here:

those were my exact plans, get it up to the v1 sx specs then move on to the new frames.

Not sure why anyone would care about changing to the fixed swash driver. The 600 se still uses it.

First Logo..
My advice. bin it, get rid of it any way you can. leave it on the street and just walk away. Do not look back.
But you wont do that will you. No. you are actually gonna fly it and your life will never be the same. Its such a good flying heli, you will want more. One Logo is never enough, they fly so well..A 550 maybe then 690. A 700. then you are hooked. Parts, canopys, shafts gears. tail fins,
Get out while you still can.
The best of luck with it, and I actually love Mikado Logos.
