Default E flite 440H pole count

I am upgrading the AAR7200BX to an Ikon 2 mini for the telemetry, rescue, lower weight,...etc.

I am going to put a hobby wing RPM sensor on it and the ikon needs to know how many poles the motor has. Does anyone know what the spec is? It seems our friend Google doesn't know.

Thanks.

I've just done this on my Blade 330x. Ikon page 12, I used:

Pulses for rotation: 3
Main gear Ratio: 13.5
Tail Gear Ratio: 5
Telemetry: Hobbywing Plat V4, Flyfun V5 telemetry
Speed1: 2500
Speed2: 2650
Speed3: 2800
Motor is electric: true.

This works beautifully and I get logging of motor RPM. Hope this helps.

Is that with the e-flite esc? I have the stock esc, will it talk in Hobbywing telemetry speak?

Yes. Stock ESC and then you add this little magic bit:

Easy. 2 quick solder connections. Plug it into the Gov port of the Ikon. Done.

Oh. Yeah, I have that. So the telemetry is just for RPM logging? No additional stuff like current and such?
