Default Logo 600 wobble / metal grips

Does anybody have an idea of why my brand new Logo 600 with the metal grips has pretty bad cyclic bouncing? I should ask; Is it common with this version or something in my setup?

My guess is the head is not built correctly.

Don't think anyone can tell you because you didn't describe how it is "cyclic bouncing"

I'll try rebuilding the head and going over the heli closely. I've owned a L600 before and loved it.

I purchased the 550 V3 with metal head. On mine the bearings are a very easy fit to the spindle and so have a some play on the bench.

The metal grips are so pure the bearings are exactly aligned it fits perfectly to the feathering shaft with no interference. The grip rattles on the feathering shaft with the tolerance of the bearings to the feathering shaft.

In comparison the slightly out of track bearings in the plastic grip gives a slight interference that the grips do not rattle.

I purchased the original plastic grips and they have a different fit.

I don't know if Mikado changed the bearings supplier when going metal but for me my model is now a Logo. I think it is better with the plastic grips.

Has anyone tried the softer dampener with the metal grips?
