Default Mini vbar violent tail wag

It seems that no matter what I do on gyro gain the tail wags hard. I have it set to adjust gain on tx but either way I go makes no difference. It shows the gain changing on computer but when I try to take off it is always the same wag. Any suggestions?

Have you set the Vbar to accept tail gain changes from the TX or bank switching? Take note tail gain setting from TX is only available in PRO firmware.

I did change the bank to take gain command from tx. On the screen it appears to work. I'm assuming that it wouldn't allow me do do that if the firmware didn't support it?

This is what the selection should look like. Then make sure the gear channel is used for the gain control and that your TX is set correctly to get the gain to be controlled.

If I remember correctly the mini vbar tail gain is default to radio when on express as you donít get bank switching. When you upgrade to pro you get the option to use tail gain or banks not both.

If your using vcontrol you get pro for free and gain can be adjusted per bank.
