Found this. Thx for the good word on this in earlier posts guys. I guess I didn't do as good a job assessing my damage. I'll replace and report back

As i mentioned that's exactly what happened in my case, although it was worse than this.
Luckily you didn't crash because of it.

When you rebuild make sure to really tighten the ring on the main shaft, there must be absolutely no up and down play

I was able to replace the pulley and that fixed the problem. Took her out for a test flight and tail authority was spot on. Thank you all once again, blessings.
