I am waiting for this giant.

Interestingly, the motor with what KV will be recommended in case of using a 12S battery?

Pyro 800-48 or Pyro 850-50?

At the moment, my Logo 700 has a Pyro Competition 750-56.

Wonder if we could make a 800 out of our 700s cheaply.
Gotta love logo modularity design and parts sharing. Probably why I own 6 of them.
Dont forget the tail fin.

Oh, actually it uses the tail box from the extreme. Totally different. Hmm.
What a beast!

Wonder if they'll do new skids. The ol' 600/700 skids look small on this thing.

IMHO, the battery bay on the 700 is too small and limits your choices on packs. From the video, it looked like Kyle was flying on 14s so I have to assume the 800 lower frames are larger and would allow for more options on packs.

I was also pondering other blade sizes like maybe Rail 766s? I just suspect I wouldn't like it on 800s.

Yeah the lower half is a new larger design.

I would say try it on the 806's Rotortechs. Very crisp, fast cyclic response, etc. Would work really well for low headspeed flying as well.

If you want more of a smack machine, 14S along with a lightweight 750-770mm blade would liven it up in hurry. Turn up the headspeed and go to town.

I'm hoping for some big VTX blades, to be honest.

It's been long anticipated, so great to see it finally arrive.

I've been following because I love Mikado, not because I want an 800, so I wasn't looking to buy, but I hope someone jumped on the HeliDirect 20% off Black Friday sale.
