It looks like it is based on the 180CFX.

I always applaud them for coming up with new releases. Hopefully the manual gets proof read before it becomes available...

Manual is not posted yet - perhaps they're giving it a pre-release review as you requested

I hate motor driven tails, but i guess after the mess with 130s they feel its needed. but the 180 is great.

Now, basically, the 180 is offered with a torque tube, a belt, and a direct drive tail motor.

Nobody can bitch about not getting the tail drive of their choice anymore

How about a direct drive with variable pitch tail rotors. When will they release this!?!!

Variable pitch motor-driven tail can be complex to manage and maintain...are you serious?

This 150 looks pretty cool. Wonder if the Nano-Tech 3S 850mAh would fit.

Im not hopeful for the manual.

The frame is clearly CF:

But in their website under Specs it lists plastic:

I have the same doubts about this. 3S 400-500 mah lipo (stated in spec) can lift it up, but I think it’s hard to get pass that 5-min (maybe 4-min) flight time even with mild type of flying—same as 130s...

Wow. Probably their prototype is white but the final will be black?

Final tail boom holder is black, but unlike the person that did this (not me) the production one will not be sharpied.

Photoshop, amazing tool, pay licensing for it and proceed to not use it

I have my fingers crossed on the manual, I did catch a late addition of incorrect cell count (past proofing stage) and hopefully that will get corrected and no further errors are made. This is the reason the manual has not been published so far.

The recommended battery is a 3S 450mah and this gives around 5 minutes of flight time, if you run high head speed and beat on the model around 4 minutes.
