A full metal swashplate is always a great upgrade and pretty much the first one I do on any heli (Blade especially) with an all plastic swash. Swashes are always spinning no matter what kind of flying you do and the plastic ones just flat out wear a lot faster and get sloppy quickly, especially at the swash ball/pitch link interface areas.

The much harder Lynx delrin head dampers really crisped up the response on mine, too, but I'm not sure they're available anymore. As for the rest, keep it stock and keep it plastic. It's definitely not a heli you want to totally bling out. Oh, yeah and I changed out the stock crappy red JST connector to XT30. Got me more power, a cooler running connection and a bit more flight time, if you can believe it.
