Got it, thank you so much for that. So the other 2 wires, one is in the ESC port in the neo and the other goes where? Am I to assume the RPM port?

One is ESC signal and servo power, the other is a secondary/slave line for servo power, and the GOV/RPM is the single wire plug.
Please consult the owners manual - it free online and will give you lots of good info.

Perfect, thank you so very much. To be clear, I understood where to plug the ESC wire but I’ve been a bit nervous to plug the second wire into the RPM slot because I’ve read a few horror stories about ‘blown up’ neo’s. You made it very clear when you mentioned the ‘slave.’ I plugged it all up ESC wire to ESC, other to RPM, hooked up telemetry and voila, worked right away. Perfection! Again, thanks a bunch.
