Default Need help with Logo 700 tail binding!

On my maiden flight I had a pretty bad slow mechanical tail wag. I have triple checked thrust bearings and also the shim between radial bearing and thrust bearing for proper alignment. Everything works smooth as glass until I snap on the pitch slider to the balls on the grips! If I loosen the two bolts on each grip it works smooth as glass. I have tried multiple shim combinations on the balls but ultimately when I tighten the two balls down on the grips it returns to be pretty stiff. I am beyond frustrated! What else can I try! I am already on my second pitch slider as I thought the first one was defective. Keep flying it any maybe it will break in? It is hard to tune a heli when the tail is wagging like a dog! I have also turned off the governor but that made no difference! Thanks for any help!

I had the slow wag too, and almost sold the logo away. But I held on to it and flew it for about 10 flights and the wag went away. I think u be patient to wear them out by flying until the wag goes away.

If you loosen the balls and it's free, then it's simply tight pitch links. The balls are moving on the screw and the pitch links are grabbing the balls too tightly. Size the links or wait for them to break in.

Lol! Have fun. Check back in. It's the most intense tail I've ever had in a heli. I've got henseleit, diabolo, too.
