Default Firmware Update and Gain Parameters

When one updates the firmware on the receiver do the gain parameters get reset to the stock values (100)? I ask because I have updated my receiver to the 4.36 firmware for the 230s and would like to make adjustments to the gain parameters. However, I am using a Taranis transmitter so can't display the gain values. As I can't display the current values I need to have some idea what the values are before I make adjustments.

I believe the user manual tells how to adjust gain values

Right, the manual explains the swash shows the value by tilting the swash forward and backwards. If you have made changes and wish to save them, youíll have to guess by entering the gain menu and take a pic of the swash position. Mine flys fine on factory defaults, thatís the way they come. I updated mine, No problem.

Thanks for the info. I actually found a way to display the gain parameters on my Taranis. I did try to guess what the setting were. It was not very clear to me just looking at the swash position. But, thanks to another HeliFreak member I can display the gain parameters and make adjustments with no problem.
