Default Channel 1-8 Telemetry On or Off

I hooked up my first telemetry rx and was asking during binding (I think) if I wanted 1-8 or 9-16 Telemetry On or Off.

I want to use telemetry with the Spirit fbl and have the related adapter cables. I selected 1-8 telemetry on. But what is this really asking me?

This article might answer your question:
https://oscarliang.com/rx-bind-optio...-telem-on-off/

The short version: You can use it to add a 2nd receiver if you need more than 8 PWM servo outputs. Your TX can only handle telemetry from one of the receivers.

comes in handy as well if you're using a wireless sim and don't want to hear "telemetry lost" messages because you're too close to the rx.
