Not trying to change the subject, just have a quick question. The manual calls out 11ms for the frame rate. Is that correct or should it be 22ms? Thanks.

I have read this. Both my 360cfx are bound to my DX8 G2, and it shows 22ms for both setups. There is no option to change to 11ms in my TX. They perform fine, so i don't mind.

The_Fox ... i think thats because you are in Europe? In the states, we have 11ms option in the TX

Might be the reason. As my Spektrum Helis all perform fine, i can't find motivation to research if i could change it. Just wanted to tell, it will perform fine at 22ms anyway. But 11ms shure would be best.

This frame rate refers to the data sent from TX to RX. So if You go with 11ms, it will take 11ms untill the command you made will be known by the RX/FBL. My Heli will receive the command after 22ms.
Your 360cfx will make no more than 4 turns of the main rotor in this time.
The swashplate servos need 50ms to move 60. The twinkling of an eye would take 300ms - 400ms. You will not notice a difference, i guess. Human reaction isn`t that fast.

well - the manual will also tell you, here in the states, to program 11ms in your TX.

Sounds like if I use 11ms the signal will just get there early and just sit around waiting until about 22ms comes about to take any action.
